Apple officially unveiled the 11-generation iPad Air, with the powerful M3 chip and the improved Apple intelligence capabilities. The new iPad Air is available for pre-order today and starts at $ 599 for the 11-inch model and $ 799 for the 13-inch version-the same prices as its predecessor during launch.

The iPad airline remains a lightweight, affordable alternative to Apple’s premium tablets, while the next generation processing power is taken up.

M3-chip brings AI-powered features

Apple fitted the iPad air with the M3 chip for the first time, with an 8-core CPU and 9-core GPU. The upgrade promises faster achievement for play and creative tasks, including hardware-cut mesh shadow and jet tracking.

The 11th generation device is only 6.1 mm thick and weigh 1.01 pounds (11-inch version) or 1.36 pounds (13-inch version). Surprisingly enough it is slightly thicker and heavier than the iPad Pro M4, which measures 5.3 mm in depth and weigh under a pound.
